Product Construction

Applicable Substrate And Surface Treatment:

New steel: Remove grease from the surface with an appropriate detergent and rinse the surface with fresh water for salt and other dirt. Remove the welding slag, smooth the weld and sharp edges, spray clean to Sa2.5 grade (ISO8501-1), the surface roughness reaches Rz40μm~75μm (medium roughness in the ISO8503-1 comparison plate) is the best, it is best to apply the primer within 4 hours after spray cleaning.Galvanized surface maintenance: use appropriate detergent to thoroughly remove the grease on the surface, wash off salt and other dirt with high-pressure fresh water, use power tools to polish small areas of rust, and recoat with this product.
Construction And Curing Environmental Conditions:

The construction environment temperature is 5~50 °C, the relative humidity of the air is not more than 80%, and the surface temperature of the steel should be greater than the dew point of 3 °C; Bad weather such as rain, fog, snow, strong wind and heavy dust is prohibited for outdoor use;In summer, the temperature is high, be careful with dry spraying, and during construction and drying in narrow spaces, a lot of ventilation is required;

Construction Method:

Airless spraying and air spraying are recommended, brush coating and roll coating are only recommended for pre-coating, small area painting or repair.

Product Use

As a primer, it is used for the bare steel surface cleaned by jet in medium to severe corrosive environment, such as steel structure, bridge, port machinery, offshore platform, construction machinery, storage tank and pipeline, power facilities, etc., and the use of high-performance paint can further improve the corrosion resistance of the coating;
Can be used on approved retained zinc-rich workshop primer surfaces;
Can be used to repair damaged areas of galvanized parts or zinc silicate primer coating; Maintenance can only be used on the surface of the surface treated to bare steel to play its cathodic protection and rust prevention.
