Description
ZINDNSPRAY is a single component high solid heavy-duty metallic coating, consists of zinc powder, fusion agent, and solvent. Comply with the requirements of "BB-T 0047-2018 Aerosol Paint".

Recommended use

Application Instructions
Substrate and surface treatment:
Steel: blast cleaned to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1) or minimum SSPC SP-6, blasting profile Rz40μm~75μm (ISO8503-1) or power tool cleaned to minimum ISO-St3.0/SSPC SP3
Touch up of galvanized surface:
Thoroughly remove grease on the surface by the cleaning agent, clean off salt and other dirt through high-pressure fresh water, use a power tool to polish the area of rust or mill scale, and then apply with ZINDN.
Application & curing conditions
Application environment temperature: -5℃- 50℃
Relative air humidity: ≤95%
Substrate temperature during application and curing should be at least 3℃ above dew point
Outdoor application is prohibited in severe weather such as rain, fog, snow, strong wind and heavy dust
The temperature is high in summer, be careful with dry spraying, and keep ventilated during application and drying periods in the narrow spaces
Application methods
1、Thoroughly remove oil stains, water stains and dust from the parts to be painted.
2、Shake the aerosol up and down, left and right, for about two minutes before spraying, so that the paint liquid can be fully mixed.
3、At a distance of about 20-30 cm from the surface to be coated, use the index finger to press down the nozzle and spray evenly back and forth.
4、Adopt multiple coatings sprays, applying a thin layer every two minutes, for better results than spray at once.
5、Storage after use, please turn the aerosol upside down, depress the nozzle for about 3 seconds, and clean up the remaining paint to prevent clogging.
