Recommended use

1.Used as the intermediate layer and sealing coating of anti-rust paints such as epoxy zinc-rich primer and inorganic zinc-rich primer to enhance the barrier and protective properties of the entire coating.
2.Used as an antirust primer for steel structures.
3.Used as an interlayer in the coating system for concrete protection.
4.Used as a repair topcoat over old coatings where compatibility permits.

Application Instructions

Steel: blast cleaned to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1) or minimum SSPC SP-6, blasting profile Rz30μm~75μm (ISO8503-1) or power tool cleaned to minimum ISO-St3.0/SSPC SP3
Pre-coated workshop primer: Welds, firework calibration and damage should be blasting cleaned to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1), or power tool cleaned to St3.0.
Surface with coated primer: Clean and dry without zinc salts and dirt.
Touch up: Thoroughly remove the grease on the surface and clean off salt and other dirt. It is best to use blast cleaning to remove rust and other loose materials. Use power tool to polish the area of rust, and recoat this material.

Applicable and Curing

1.Ambient environment temperature should be from minus 5℃ to 35℃, the relative air humidity should not be more than 80%.
2.Substrate temperature during application and curing should be 3℃ above dew point.
3.Outdoor application is prohibited in severe weather such as rain, fog, snow, strong wind and heavy dust.

Applications

Preceding & Consequent coating

Preceding coat:Epoxy zinc phosphate, Epoxy zinc rich, Epoxy primer, it can also be applied directly on the steel surface blast cleaned to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1).
Consequent coat:Epoxy topcoat, Polyurethane, Fluorocarbon, Polysiloxane...etc

Storage : Must be stored in accordance with local governmental regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well-ventilated and away from heat and fire sources. The packaging container must be kept tightly closed.
