silicone high temperature resistant
Features
Long term temperature resistant 400℃-1000℃,drying at room temperature.
Recommended use
Used for high-temperature anti-corrosion on the outer wall of blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, and chimneys, flues, exhaust pipes, high-temperature hot gas pipes, heating furnaces, heat exchangers and other metal surfaces that require high-temperature anti-corrosion protection.
Application Instructions
Applicable Substrate and Surface Treatments:
Use a suitable cleaning agent to remove all grease and dirt on the substrate surface, and keep the surface clean, dry and pollution-free.
Blasted to Sa.2.5 (ISO8501-1) or power-treated to St3 standard, surface profile of 30μm~75μm (ISO8503-1) is the best. Best to apply primer within 4 hours of blast cleaning.
Applicable and Curing
1.Ambient environment temperature should be from minus 5℃ to 35℃, the relative air humidity should not be more than 80%.
2.Substrate temperature during application and curing should be 3℃ above dew point.
3.Outdoor application is prohibited in severe weather such as rain, fog, snow, strong wind and heavy dust.
Applications
Airless spray and air spray
Brush and rolling are only recommended for stipe coat, small-area coating or touch up. And soft-bristled brush or a short-bristled roller recommended to reduce air bubbles.
