Zindn high performance anticorrosive new material-Loujiang Avenue

1.Project introduction

This section starts from the north side of Loujiang Avenue, connects with Yangxiu Road under construction, and reaches Suhong Road in the south, with a total length of 0.4 km. It is designed according to the urban sub-trunk road standard, with two-way four-lane traffic and a design speed of 30km/h. The main bridge across Loujiang is a 76-meter steel structure tied arch bridge, with 3x27 meters cast-in-place prestressed concrete continuous box girder on the south approach side, and pedestrian walking and ground slow walking paths connected to the south bank of Loujiang. In order to meet the needs of Loujiang navigation clearance, the length of Loujiang Avenue ground road synchronous elevation transformation is about 0.5 km

2.Anti-corrosion coating scheme

The primer is made of epoxy graphene, the intermediate paint is made of epoxy cloud iron, and the top paint is made of fluorocarbon. Total dry film thickness (coating)>300um.The steel structure should adopt a reliable performance, strong adhesion, good weather resistance, strong anti-corrosion, mature and reliable anti-corrosion and coating system, and the coating system performance and process should meet the requirements of "Technical Conditions for Anti-corrosion Coating of Highway Bridge Steel Structure" (JT/T 722-2008). The protection life of the main component coating is long-term type, not less than 25 years, and the protection life of the subsidiary structure soil layer is ordinary type, not less than 15 years.
