Description

Application Areas
It can be used for steel structures, bridges, guardrails, power plants, ship hulls, ship superstructures and mechanical products, etc. which require fast drying of the surface and decorative topcoat.
It can be applied with epoxy primer and phosphate primer and can be used as a decorative topcoat on steel surfaces, or as repair paint.

Surface Treatment
The coated steel surface must be thoroughly cleared of oil, oxidation, rust, old coating, etc., which can be taken by shot blasting or sandblasting.
The surface must be thoroughly cleaned of oil, oxide, rust, old coating, etc., and can be shot or sandblasted to achieve the Swedish standard sa2.5 level of rust removal, with a roughness of 30-70μm.
The rust can also be removed manually to achieve the Swedish rust removal standard ST3, with a roughness of 30-70μm.
Other substrates: including concrete, ABS, hard plastic, aluminum, galvanized steel, fiberglass, etc., need a clean and clear surface with corresponding primer or corresponding pretreatment.
Application Conditions
Ambient temperature: 0℃~35℃; relative humidity: 85% or less; substrate temperature: 3℃ above the dew point.
Packaging and storage:
The storage environment should be dry, cool, well-ventilated, avoid high temperatures, and be away from fire. The packaging container should be kept airtight.
The shelf life is 12 months.
Caution
If you can't finish using the barrel at one time after opening the lid, you should seal the lid in time to prevent the solvent from evaporating and affecting the use.

Observe the warning label on the packaging container. Use in a well-ventilated environment. Do not breathe paint mist and avoid skin exposure.
Rinse immediately with suitable detergent, soap, and water if paint splashes on the skin. Rinse well with water if splashed in the eyes and seek immediate medical attention.
